Alaska State Incentive and Rebate Programs:
- Alaska Housing Finance Corporation Incentive/Rebate Program -The State Loan Program: Offers homeowners loans to cover the cost of building materials used for qualifying renovations. Loan amounts are available up to $20,000 for applicants to complete or renovate property located within a "small community" which meets population and transit requirements. Renovations must comply with energy efficient standards and be completed within 180 days of loan closing date.
Alaska Utility Company Sponsored Incentive and Rebate Programs:
At this time there are no energy efficient window incentive programs offered by utility companies the state of Alaska.
