Connecticut State Incentive and Rebate Programs:

  • State of Connecticut Incentive/Rebate Program - The Sales and Use Tax Exemptions for Energy-Efficient Products program: The plan covers the cost of sales and use tax on purchases that make existing windows more energy efficient including window film, caulking and weather strips. These energy-efficient product purchases are exempt from sales and use tax in the state of Connecticut through this program.


Connecticut Utility Company Sponsored Incentives and Rebate Programs:

  • Connecticut Housing Investment Fund Incentive/Rebate Program - The Energy Conservation Loan Program: Offers single-family homeowners up to $25,000 in loan financing to cover energy-efficient renovations including the installation of qualifying window replacements. The program also offers owners of multi-family properties loans up to $2,000 per unit with a maximum loan amount of $60,000 per building.
