North Dakota State Incentive and Rebate Programs:
At this time, there are no energy efficient window incentive programs offered by the state of North Dakota.
North Dakota Utility Company Sponsored Incentives and Rebate Programs:
- Cass County Electric Cooperative Incentive/Rebate Program - Residential Loan Program: Provides homeowners loans of up to $3,000 at a five percent interest rate to cover the costs of qualifying weatherization measures. Loans must be repaid within five years.
- Incentive/Rebate Program Northern Plains Electric Cooperative - Residential Loan Program: Offers loans of up to $5,000 at a five percent interest rate for weatherization measures, including the installation of qualifying window replacements. Loans must be repaid within seven years.
