Pennsylvania State Incentive and Rebate Programs:
- Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Incentives/Rebate Program - Keystone HELP Energy Efficiency Loan & Rebate Program: Provides loans from $1,000 to $15,000 at an 8.99 percent interest rate to cover the costs of performing various qualifying energy-efficient improvements.
Pennsylvania Utility Company Sponsored Incentives and Rebate Programs:
- Adams Electric Cooperative Incentives/Rebate Program - Adams Electric's Energy Resource Conservation (ERC) and Supplemental Loan Program: Offers low interest rate loans to homeowners up to $25,000 to cover the costs of new or existing construction that meets energy-efficiency requirements. Measures covered by the program include the installation of qualifying storm windows and storm doors, as well as costs of installing energy-efficient windows and doors.
