Tennessee State Incentive and Rebate Programs:

  • State of Tennessee Incentives/Rebate Program - Small Business Energy Loan Program: Provides small businesses loans of up to $300,000 to cover the costs of performing qualifying energy-efficiency improvements. Program includes the installation of qualifying double-pane windows.

Tennessee Utility Company Sponsored Incentives and Rebate Programs:

  • Bristol Tennessee Essential Services Incentives/Rebate Program - Energy Savings Loan Program: Offers loans to homeowners of up to $10,000 to cover the costs of performing energy-efficiency improvements. Program covers the costs of installing qualifying replacement windows. Loans must be repaid within ten years.
  • Ripley Power & Light Incentives/Rebate Program - Window Financing Program: Provides homeowners with financing to cover the costs of installing qualifying storm windows in their homes.
