At this time, there are no energy efficient window incentive programs offered by the state of Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Utility Company Sponsored Incentives and Rebate Programs:

  • Barron Electric Cooperative Incentive/Rebate Program - Energy Resource Conservation Loan Program: Offers loans to homeowners of up to $5,000 at three percent interest rates to cover the costs of installing program-approved weatherization and energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment. Qualifying measures include the installation of ENERGY STAR replacement windows and storm windows, as well as caulking and weather-stripping doors and windows. Loans must be repaid within five years.
  • Energy Finance Solutions Incentive/Rebate Program - Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation Program: Energy Finance Solutions: Provides homeowners loans to cover the costs of making program-approved residential energy-efficiency improvements.  Items covered under program include installation of qualifying home insulation and energy-efficient windows.
