Wyoming State Incentive and Rebate Programs:

  • State of Wyoming Incentive/Rebate Program - Energy Savers Loan: Offers residents of the state of Wyoming who meet income requirements loans ranging from $1,000 to $7,500. Loans are to be used to cover the costs of installing qualifying storm windows as well as window sealing.

Wyoming Utility Company Sponsored Incentives and Rebate Programs:

  • Lower Valley Energy Incentive/Rebate Program - Weatherization Incentive Program: Provides financial incentives for home weatherization improvements such as the installation of qualifying windows and insulation. Improvements are determined by an energy audit with the $100 audit cost refunded if homeowners implement recommendations.
  • Powder River Energy Corporation Incentive/Rebate Program - Conservation Loan Program: Offers loans of up to $2,500 per year at zero interest rates to cover the costs of installing replacement ENERGY STAR windows.
  • Rocky Mountain Power Incentive/Rebate Program - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program: Provides homeowners rebates up to $1.00 per square foot of glass for the installation of ENERGY STAR windows.
