Energy Efficient

A number of money-saving energy rebates and incentives, including loans, are available for qualifying homeowners to help them upgrade their homes with energy efficient windows. They may be offered by your state, your local energy supply company that administers the program, or a partnership between the two.

Many of the programs fall under The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) passed in 2009, which included a five billion dollar investment in the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). The Weatherization Assistance Program is the largest residential energy conservation program in the nation.
